Tofu & Vegetable Stir-Fry
Vegan and vegetarian friendly.
Ingredients
Directions
- Sauté tofu in oil until lightly golden.
- Add garlic, ginger, carrots and onions, and sauté until onion is translucent.
- Add snowpeas and mushrooms, sauté for 1-2 minutes, then add stir-fry sauce, bok choy and water.
- Sauté for 2 more minutes and then serve with steamed rice.
