Still the same. I have to admit I seem to have a serious problem, I first became aware of it when I was 18 years. I never wanted to get overweight and became obsessed with my body image and still to this day I am uncomfortable with my body. My problem??? Lately when I look at myself in the mirror or catch a reflection of myself, I can only see a fat version of myself. It's absolutely weird! I know what the scales show, I hear my hubby say, " Seriously I don't get it, you are not fat!" I know he's right but why do my eyes see me fat?! I reckon the devil is playing with my eyes!! I keep telling that Liar to get lost because I'm slim not fat!
Today I needed to get a pair of secondhand bike jeans as the current ones I purchased last year are so big that even cinching it tight about my waist with a belt to keep them up still look ridiculously huge on me. This morning, a female friend sold me her size 10 bike jeans that fitted me!! I looked at her, this slim woman and I thought surely I'm kidding myself, why am I here her jeans won't fit me!? But they did and still were loose! I use to wear mens XXL jeans, its so nice now to wear womens sizes and a size 10!! I never thought it would happen. 🙆♀️🏍👖🎉🥇

Oh phew no gain!!! I actually ate and drank some yummy goodies I haven't tasted in a year (though I made sure to keep in mind to stay self-controlled) Only went over my daily calories two days in a row, but it was worth it as I know without a doubt I won't be eating or drinking those items ever again. My hot flushes returned, my right eyelid swelled up, tops of my feet got hot and prickly, my stomach bloated and within hours of eating I had the worst diarrhoea and... Oh the pain it caused in my belly and back was a turn off. I know what foods do not agree with me- waffles, icecream, cream, caramel sauce, pork, beef mince, bacon (I usually only eat seafood), faro(a grain) 🤷♀️ from what I could identify so far. So I'm happy to omit those from my diet. Oh I discovered I'm a one can screamer, one glass of vodka & orange juice did the job, I slept sound!! Happy New Year everybody 🥰🥳 2023 will be an eye-opener for all. God bless xxx

Yay no increase but Booo no decrease 🤣
For those holding their breath waiting to know the reactions from my inlaws family (not including my mother & father-inlaw whom I see weekly) and my daughter & her boyfriend on seeing my new transformation (they haven't seen me for years and actually I've never met her boyfriend) Well....they said NOTHING! absolutely Nothing!! 🙄
I wore the outfits I made - the tailored May Gibbs print vest and above knee pleated skirt, teamed up with a blouse and laced up knee high heeled boots. My hubby said I looked amazing and his face confirmed his words! I felt great and confident. Though I must admit when I looked at my reflection in the mirror I'm shocked! I didn't see a 57 year old but a smartly dressed slim young woman who looks to be in her 40's, I certainly feel that young too! This app and community are my greatest supporters in helping me achieve my weight loss. Thanks everyone.

Still same on the scales but my clothes are hanging loose and need taking in. My size 14 jeans are so baggy I thought I was accidently wearing my old size 16's! My favourite May Gibb print fabric vests I made are loose and not tailor fitted anymore, though still look lovely on. I can now wear shop sized 10 dresses, nighties and blouses! I'm starting to think my body is happy staying at 62kgs on the scales (I'm 5'2" tall.) I'm truly having a ball sewing clothes for myself and... I look n feel 'right' wearing them. I actually feel like me again!! healthy and comfortable. It's been a long battle but I did it!! 🤗

No movement on scales. I've been on a 6 week skin cancer treatment (Imiquimod cream) which has really knocked me around alot, extremely tired, lacking energy, moody,(hmm could be the menopause 🤣) craving sugar (boy is that difficult to ignore), I hope my hubby doesn't discover I ate his treasured Willy Wonka chocolate bar, oh yum it tasted so creamy and good. He lied, he told me the chocolate tastes disgusting! Anyhow back to the dieting achievements, I attended an Alice in Wonderland cluedup dressup game which was held out in the busy public 😳, I got lots of compliments on my outfit and posed for many photographs, I felt like a celebrity lol. I'll post the garment I made which was very comfy to wear! Maybe I'll post one of me in full get up too.
