Woke at 242.7, up 1.0 from yesterday. Fasting today since I will be working from home. I'm still carrying the extra weight from the El Paso trip. UPDATE: I got to 242.6 before dinner, which was burgers on the grill. I did not have the heart to tell Denise I was fasting when she made those for us. So, this became an OMAD day. As I noted in my comments below, this might be a better way to go for those days I'm at home. I may do OMAD completely unless I am out, and then I will try to eat only lunch and/or dinner.

Woke at 241.7, down 1.8 from yesterday. Denise and I went out and bought a new car yesterday. We replaced our trusty van after 14 years. This should be our last vehicle purchase.

Woke at 243.5, up 1.7 from yesterday. Long day with a large late meal. Back home now and trying to get my body back on track. What I've realized is that calorie 'burn' has almost nothing to do with weight loss for me. I got tons of exercise during my El Paso trip but that did not mitigate the additional calories and carbs.
