Upper strength workouts are coming along splendidly and I’ve started up jogging every 3 to 4 days, (jog 50-100m, walk 50-100m for 4km) for the first time since my teens. Feeling absolutely wonderful now my hand and ankle are on the mend. 😎🏃♂️🎉🙌😎🙌🎉🏃♂️😎

Orthopaedic Surgeon happy with my R Open Carpal recovery and I have one more Physio session with the Hand Clinic as I’m officially back into using Light Upper Body Gym Equipment after 7 Weeks 🕺 🙌 😆🙌 💃
Big breakfast to fuel me up for a 3-12kg upper body free weight workout 🏋️♀️🏋️🏋️♂️

Home made Masala Goat Curry with small amount of rice and naan last week. Nom nom 😋
Also visiting Mr Orthopaedic Surgeon late morn, 7 weeks post R open hand carpal tunnel procedure and just started using upper body gym training equipment this week. It’s been a challenging past 18-24 months and absolutely thrilled to be getting fitter by the day tidying and now packing to put the home up for Sale! 🔥😎🔥

Just prepared a wonder air fried meal with sliced eggplant and Parmesan cheese with a black bean side served with hummus, raita, parsley, red onion, oregano, halloumi cheese and hot sauce.
I’m definitely concocting this delicious rolled meal again.
