Feeling a bit defeated today. Weight didn't move at all, and I've been eating healthy foods and small portions and exercising. I guess it's just because my weight has been dropping pretty fast lately and so the difference between what I was loosing and what I am now is making me a bit upset. This is normally the time I would just give up the diet because I always have the mindset of 'it's not working so what the point in trying?' I'm trying to push through it though.
