Feeling a bit defeated today. Weight didn't move at all, and I've been eating healthy foods and small portions and exercising. I guess it's just because my weight has been dropping pretty fast lately and so the difference between what I was loosing and what I am now is making me a bit upset. This is normally the time I would just give up the diet because I always have the mindset of 'it's not working so what the point in trying?' I'm trying to push through it though.
113.8 kg Lost so far: 8.9 kg.    Still to go: 53.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

keep going... your body is trying to fight your new lighter normal. keep up the fluids and increase daily activity if you can. keep at it and you will start dropping again
