First weigh in for 2 weeks. Lost a massive 5kg with careful safe calorie control on low carb (this mass loss always happens for me on first couple weeks of low carb).
Hopefully I can sustain around 1kg a week from here! woo first win on the board and a huge step closer to single digits!!
