It's really tough this time of year. The only thing I didn't have was egg nog which is over 300 calories a glass. But I did have peanut brittle!

Lucky you. I have pretty much been on my diet. Which kind of sucks ... another year I plan to not have to diet at Christmas

It's great that you've been able to stay on your diet during the holidays! I sometimes use the holidays as an excuse to indulge in things I normally don't eat. I mean I NEVER need to eat peanut brittle and this is the only time of year I even think about it. I'm hoping I'm okay now with the eating. I did fine today and as long as I only have a cup of chili tomorrow, that will be fine too with leftovers for Saturday and more to freeze.

Thanks Liv! I did okay yesterday. This morning I had a up of coffee and measured just one teaspoon of sugar for it. I usually have 2 teaspoons. It wasn't as bad as I thought. The cup of cheap pi may actually be a bowl. My goal today is to see how long I can actually stay off my feet! The rest seems to heal my knee. But it's not even 8am and I have done 927 steps. All pet related and I did get the chi!I in the crockpot by 6am. Shouldn't have to move at until afternoon.
