I’ve been slacking on preparing lunches for work and started picking my snacking back up.
Need to make sure I’m adding it all in the get a rough idea on calories, because atm it’s not accurate.
72.5 kg Lost so far: 17.5 kg.    Still to go: 14.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
