Hmmm...it has been a different week. less excercise plus a huge meal out. I think I really needed a few days break. Back into it today. Still hating the increase but trying to stay positive.
97.2 kg Lost so far: 27.8 kg.    Still to go: 25.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
