Here we go again. I have to get it together. I've gained over half of the weight back and now my feet, hips and back are hurting again. I have to focus. I did it before and now it's time do do it again.
82.6 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
