Ingredients
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180 °C.
- Beat egg, add maple syrup, coconut oil, lemon juice and vanilla extract. In a separate bowl mix almond meal, poppy seeds and baking soda.
- Pour liquid mixture into dry mixture and stir well until well combined.
- Form the dough into ping pong sized balls and place them on the baking paper. Use a flat service to flatten the dough balls.
- Bake the cookies 10 to 15 minutes or until they start to brown around the edges.
