Chicken Vegetable Satay
A creamy and meaty dish.
Ingredients
Directions
- Cut up vegetables and chicken, also mix peanut butter, garlic and sweet chilli into a satay paste.
- Heat oil in a pan, cook chicken 5-6 minutes, then set aside.
- Cook onion and all vegetables for about 3 minutes in medium heat.
- Add coconut cream and satay mix stir through, and add chicken, cook for 5 minutes then serve.
