- Preheat oven to 180°C. Chop and steam silverbeet.
- Cut all vegetables and add cheese together in a bowl. Drizzle in olive oil and use hands to mix ingredients together evenly. Place vegetable mix into a well-oiled baking tray.
- Whisk eggs and milk together. Add self-raising flour and mix well (ensuring there are no lumps).
- Pour egg mixture over vegetables. Top with finely chopped bacon and sprinkle over salt and pepper.
- Bake in the oven for 30-35 mins or until golden brown and cooked through.
