Flat Bread

Great with a stew, curry, or soup.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix flour and salt, pour in milk and butter.
  2. Melt butter and milk in the microwave.
  3. Mix to form a dough, kneed until smooth.
  4. Divided into 6 and roll out to desired thickness.
  5. Cook in a pan on medium heat until golden brown on each side.
  6. Repeat until all cooked.
  7. Note: can replace milk and butter for plant-based and use any flour.
