Directions
- Heat oil in wok on high. Add chopped bacon and cook until browned. Remove bacon and reserve.
- Crush garlic and finely chop ginger. Cook for 2 minutes.
- One at a time stirring after each addition add finely chopped onion, cauliflower, broccoli, corn, peas, bamboo shoots and water chestnuts.
- Add the cooked warm rice, finely chopped spring onion, soy and sesame oil. Toss to combine and heat through.
- Add the reserved bacon and give a final toss to combine.
