Around 350 calories for this meal on a small paper plate. Sad thing is the fried potatoes were about the same calories as the veggies lol. Was worth it to have those few bites of something I love that I’ve denied myself the last two months! I used to eat potatoes 5-6 days a week and fried them 2-4 times a month. Now I’m lucky to have potatoes of any kind every 1-4 weeks.
