Decided I'm not going to starve myself and eat when I feel hungry, just healthier (most of the time). Writing down what I eat during the day seems to negatively impact me so for now, I'll just use this for sleep, exercise and weight.
56.9 kg Lost so far: 9.8 kg.    Still to go: 1.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
