Well I hadn't had pizza for 6 months until last night. Pepperoni pizza. I had 2.5 pieces. This a.m i gained 1.2 lbs. And I was under my calorIe limit. So I need to drink lots of water today and no white carbs for me. No more pizza for another 6 months. I can't eat one slice.

PSS- TWO SCOOPS is cool too. I mean, if the President of the United States gets TWO SCOOPS when he has his ice cream, I think we’re all entitled to the same!🇺🇸(God bless America, LOL!)

@Fishingwidow that 1.2lbs is water weight, & possibly combined with glycogen & poop. higher sodium intake and carb intake will increase water weight easily, especially if you haven’t had any/lots of carbs and/or higher sodium consumables for 6 months (or whatever length of time). For example, I go up 1.2-1.5lbs days after I eat higher carb/sodium/cals. On my higher calorie days, which is about every other day. But then the water weight goes away by the middle-end of week. So no need to worry 👍🏻

Fishing u can, don’t say u can’t...u tell ur self u can, “yes I can” n u will 👍🏻 Make that a goal. Next time 2 slices n then 1.5, soon after 1 slice 😏 Oh n u probably gained cause of salt n if u don’t eat a lot of carbs n then u eat some mmmm yeap body reacts, but it’s just water 😉

@rosio the last time I was eating a whole pizza in a sitting was when the dr told me I was too thin for my pregnancy and I needed to gain 20lbs. My first pregnancy so I wasn’t aware he meant over the next 8 months. He was quite shocked when I came back a month later 15 lb heavier and confused as to why I was upset that I couldn’t gain the extra 5lb in those 4 weeks haha. Fun times... but not fun stretchmarks from it lol. OR fun trying to cut down from 10 slices a day for lunch back to 2 or a sandwich lol.

Deadpool, you are right. Lost .8 this a.m. Rosioi , I will try with the "i can eat eat 2 slices and then 1 slice", but my confidence is not real high.
