Before I got my treadmill I just did step-ups on a small step stool, using the kitchen counter for balance.

Anything that gets your heart rate up for more than 15 minutes will do it for me. Also, after 12 hours I am not hungry, I just "desire" food. All desires pass.

Gloomy here, too. Added .5 cup of fried potatoes with my 1 egg, spinach and mini pepper scrambled eggs.

Keto cupcake in mug...
2 tablespoons almond flour.
2 tablespoon coconut flour..
2 tablespoon dark chocolate coco powder
2 tablespoon date sugar or other sugar
1 egg
2 tablespoon grass fed butter softened
1/4 tsp. vanilla extracted
1/2 yep baking powder
I use little bit of cold coffee and cinnamon
