Whenever you want! I’m a night owl so head over know if you want lol. First time I’ve made omelets in cast iron and not had them break to bits! Figured out 3 eggs is the max to be thin enough to roll them but 2 would’ve been better. I’m so full right now and I only had a tiny amount of potatoes.

I do NOT share food lol. I used to but now once it’s measured, weighed & logged it is MINE lol. BUT I’ll gladly cook up more for others :). However it’s either my size portions or a free for all of as much as I can fit inside it :). The family got onions (yuck), peppers, cheese (yum) and mushrooms (double yuck) in theirs. So much it was falling out of a few of them but they didn’t complain!
