Looking great. Wish I find the path to efficient muscle building later this year. The plan is to finish fat loss first, and then, with normal food intake, be able to put in some hard weight lifting. Doing both, is a bit beyond my capacity. Wishful thinking is to get near your level in a few years.

It poured a bit ago but there was too much lightening to chance it. I did run out to get soaked for a refresher though, lol
