ok, day 1 of the 3 day fat fast. After this i'm thinking of trying a different fat fast for a couple days, the one that has peanut butter in it except I'm going to sub almond butter. It sound a little different, one has cream cheese also. One person on YouTube says you can just eat a whole block of cream cheese through out the day, not sure if that is a go for me or not yet. But we will decide later. Right now I'm kind of exhausted from work and person STUFF....just so tired of STUFF..... But it seems like no matter what, one can NEVER get away from STUFF, just my stuff seems so much more than someones (a few people in mind) STUFF, but i guess it is all a matter of perspective, they may think my stuff is less than theirs. Oh well, ok so i found the note i made about the 2 different fat fasts just to get them down here(I'll add them to a food chart when I eat them) it says to have 1000 to 1200 cal 80%fat 1 T coconut oil with coffee (something I do now sometimes added butter & cinnamon also)
3 Slices of Bacon, 1/2 lrg Avocado, 2 egg (yolks but I probably will include the white, not sure yet?) 1 T mayonnaise (I like Dukes no sugar). One person said to scramble the yolks with the mayo and cook in the bacon grease (from when cooked bacon)
1 Serving Deli meat (looked like 6 thin slices) spread with 2 OZ cream cheese
1 Serving Peanut (I'll sub Almond) butter with 2 T cream cheese. And that is it for how every many days, I think she said 3-5, but I'll try for at least 2, maybe 3.
The other variation is;
1-1/2 T coconut oil (she says to freeze it first) then put in coffee
4 slices Bacon with the 2 egg yolk 2T mayo scramble in bacon fat Topped with 1 guacamole pack (that might be good to have around when avocados aren't available, I never tried it)
4 T peanut (again I'll use Almond) butter
so this one doesn't have the cream cheese just larger portion of the other fats.
HAS ANYONE TRIED THESE or the 3 day fat fast that I've put on my food calendar in the past? (basically bone broth, eggs, coconut oil or MCT oil or butter in coffee, bacon, avocado, chef salad, celery, pink salt).
