Another 12 miles today. I'm essentially doing a Tough Mudder every day distance wise.

Gosh, a lot of hard sweat and determination must have been put in to get to that level. Probabl years. Bet it feels good, and I see it looks good.

Wow Paul. We women can appreciate a nicely formed male body and a great smile without being a ‘hoe’. Do you consider the women who have ever looked at you in appreciation to be one as well? Or have you never seen that look on a woman’s face before? Or heard her tell you how good you look? I’ll bet that’s it....

Chris, Paul made that comment towards the women posting how hot Diablo is. However, with your licking comment he probably thought you were female as well haha.

Jimmiepop, idk about the catabolism but I have to do it for now, got an event and don't want to lag behind the smaller members of my team. I'll cut it to 3 fast miles after august 25th. I won't be able to eat as much which sucks, lol.

Yeah, started 18 years ago. It only took 3-5 years to reach this point though. I've been maintaining with the normal winter and summer tug of war, lol. Also, I post pictures to motivate me to keep going and because I'm sure people will tell me when I start to resemble a marathon runner. I have lost strength in the gym this last month due to all the cardio. Ugh.

Three years! (or 'more likely' 5?) That's all I need :) Ok I plan to ramp up my weight lifting over the next two weeks so let's revisit this... :)

You do have the potential to be bigger since you're taller, Chris. Adef, yeah most will gain a solid 20 pounds of muscle in the first year. Good luck!
