Ok. Chris wanted to see my different stages. 220 in the first, 170(23 year old pup) in the second, 205 in the third and my current of about 182 in the last. I can't find my pics of when I got to my lowest of ~160. Just imagine the 170 pic with 10 pounds less muscle. I started at a very soft 220 with very little muscle mass at age 19. I hope this will help motivate people.

BTW, the first pic here is after an injury I sustained in 2010. It was a sciatic nerve pinch while squatting. Took me out of the gym for a year or more.
