Lol. But hey now, I logged every single bite and wasn’t losing. Well wasn’t losing much. 1# a month isn’t enough on 1200-1400. But My BMR is only like 1290. I’m losing the same on 1500 and I’m working out more.

I went over my sheets and technically I was losing just not much lol. Sucks to have a 1290 BMR 😔.

Yeah, if your BMR is that low and you're sedentary you won't lose very quickly.

That’s why I started weights more than just Tuesdays. Plus adding in home workouts. It’s super nice to have a 2000 expenditure day and only hungry enough to eat 1500 :). Then I eat 1500 and sit around the house organizing which burns very little :/.
