Good slow start, going to add more weight exercises this week.
59.7 kg Lost so far: 7 kg.    Still to go: 4.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

weight training has great advantages. you continue to burn cals for hours after you stop. also more lean muscle will lead to you burning more Cal's day to day
