Logged in some snacks and well, I forgot to eat them. So I’ll do that now and add in some beef jerky. Not really hungry but I need to keep protein above 100 this week again. Can’t stick to the 120-140g, just can’t eat that much meat and I can’t use these shakes all the time. And I must admit this fit crunch is better than I expected. Almost a cross between a snickerdoodle cookie and a cinnamon streusel cake that didn’t bake long enough. Really cinnamony. Not as much crunch as I’d thought but enough for me. Drizzled with a sweet yogurt type frosting. A bit too sweet even for my enormous sweet tooth but the banana cream protein shake and iced tea are cutting through it well. Would work for my intense sugar cravings for sure.

Premier has some good flavors, easy when on the go. I like the caramel!

You are so blessed that this doesn't send you into a 'carb binge'. What you have there is DELICIOUS! I would eat that for lunch and enjoy a nice balanced meal... If I could just eat it and then stop :)

Caramel is my favorite! Banana is good, peach so-so. Have strawberry that I haven’t tried yet. Not much for vanilla and chocolate on shakes as they never taste like real shakes.

Adef, I’m not concerned with carbs (non Keto diet). The bars make me want something more but the shakes on average just make me want a drink.

I don’t recommend the fit crunch of carbs send you into carb cravings. These are addictive! Had another for breakfast. Kids wanted a taste so told them one nibble each. Had to fight them to get it back! I’d let them have one occasionally but I don’t think they should have that much protein at once.
