My shopping list is Diablo’s arms for the hubby, Ches’s arms for me, Chris’s humor and metabolism, Jen’s shirts and Rosio’s scale number. If anyone has a nice round behind and some awesome abs to donate I’ll take those too! I’m bad with names but someone had some awesome thighs the other day that’s I’d steal too. Think that covers it all! 👍

That is an eye opening demo. I've not counted calories much, and got a bit surprised by this one.

Hmm, seems pretty obvious. Full fat milk, two fudge dipped coconut bars and a huge bowl of chips. But I guess I've been counting calories for a long time and can guesstimate pretty accurately.

Those granola bars are quite small. I’ve gotten some and they are about 3 bites worth. Small womanly bites lol. I’d be willing to bet that bowl of chips is only about a hand span across and maybe 3-4” deep (judging against the glass of milk). Most people who haven’t counted calories won’t realize how fast it adds up. I didn’t until I started tracking here. I thought I was eating about 1800 calories and figured that’s what my TDEE was too. I was wrong lol. Chips add up fast as they are easy to eat mindlessly while chatting or watching tv. One of those little bags we used to buy for 50 cents in the machines is one serving. 140-160 calories! The $1 bags are about 300 I think. It’s easy to eat a whole $1 bag in just a few minutes :/.

Fill that bowl with peanut butter and bacon like I saw posted on here and it would be 2k calories. Fat adds up even faster. Also, like I said earlier, there are more fat calories here than carb calories. Just saying, I only saw carb hate in the original post. It should be processed food hate instead.

Bet it was filling. Pretty average calories for me per meal. Get about 4 of those meals in and lift like an animal and grow. 😉

Again, there more fat calories in that meal then carb calories so I guess fats are hard to fill up on too. Not all carbs need to be processed, a baked potato, fruit etc are more filling than bacon.

I'll be careful, Chris :) This is forever.

Diablo, I’m pretty sure bacon is more filling than an apple. For me it is. At least it is once I get through the whole pound of bacon 😉. Kidding lol

I don't really like bacon , and nuts I can eat 1500+ calories before I want to stop, but I know one thing that fills me up and it's coconut oil in my coffee 😛😂 , I am trying to avoid it at the moment to save calories, I love to drink it because I love cocos

Ohhh nuts! I thought ‘hey nuts are healthy I’ll get some cashews!’ Then after I ate them and logged I realized that’s a bad choice. So I thought ‘hey almonds have to be better’ wrong again lol. 2oz just gets me started and that’s 340 calories. I like them with skittles so that’s like 480 for two handfuls of the mix :/. Have had half a bag of skittles and 1/4 bag of almonds in my cabinet for like two months now. Right next to my protein bars and shakes and so far I’m not tempted to reach for them. But nuts are heavenly!

They are soo good, though 😋😋😟

70 calories of bacon is not as filling as a medium apple which is also 70 calories. Not even close for me. You have to match calorie per calorie.

Oh yeah, and mixed nuts are insanely easy to eat. I could eat a whole can if they are salted.

That’s why I eat natural almonds.....they taste like CRAP but it takes away my hunger but I only eat 7. I tried roasting them, added a light coat of spray oil and salted them.......ate the whole durned pan!!!! No good! so natural it is! 😂😂😂

Roasting is the way to go. I use olive oil and popcorn salt. Insanely good!

Yeah, 7 servings of Frosted Flakes would have been much better. Mmmmm
