How I lost weight yesterday after a 1800 Cal+ dinner I am not sure. I am repeating what I did yesterday, today (minus 1800+ dinner) which is IF (which I hate)but I drank Green Tea and made sure I had adequate carnitine as I am not looking to lose muscle. Also my stress levels yesterday were extremely low I was in a good place, blew quite a bit of cash >$1000 yesterday on items that on reflection I should not have but ah well. Will reflect after tomorrow's result.
