Had to round out protein and calories. Only had about 550 today :/. Ended up taking a 3 hour nap!! Pasta for dinner and it’s keeping me full. Love days where I get to add in my ‘junk food’!! Eating for cancer prevention means very little dairy. Eating for osteopenia means a lot of dairy. I refuse to choose which one is more important so I’ll limit it until I have calories to spend then gorge lol. Lactose intolerant for the most part so it’s not a big deal. Giving up cheese was hard but it makes snacks like this special.
