The people who give you flack for losing weight want to lose weight themselves but don't have the drive. Don't let them sway you.

155? Hmmmm, my workout buddy thinks I'm crazy trying to get to 170 let alone 155. Idk, hahaha, I wonder if that is doable. I'll be ready at 165 I think.

Mediums are very form fitting. Kind of like spandex haha. I get flack for wearing them but that doesn't stop me!

Depends on your goals but if it's size and strength I personally wouldn't do the pushups. Just some bench with 1.5-3 min of rest between sets.

Thanks for the kind words boys but I ain't done anything special. I have lost a tonne of weight I know but anyone here who wants it hard enough can do it. I have gone from the guy with no idea to the guy people ask for advise which is humbling but the moment I'm happy with my self is the moment I'll stop pushing to be better hahahaha. Ninja warrior 2019 here I come!

Chris, just because I've had good results doesn't mean my way is best or the only way, I'd stick to trying various things out. I personally never did pushups between sets when I made my progress but maybe it would have expedited it if the guys on reddit or bb.com are onto something. I do research on nutrition mostly at this point, I haven't really kept up on exercise science as much. I do have Brad Schoenfeld and others on my FB feed though so I do see some updates on occasion.

keith george cooke I don't have friends now , I really tried to help them , because they want to lose weight , but there is nothing you can do if they don't help theirselves.

Last week a family member was saying to me *How much are you weighing? *95 lbs. * Girl, you have to stop, you're too skinny, blah, blah, blah and he is an overweight person with health problems and I can't tell him that he is too fat

I have a friend like that keilin. She says she wants to lose and wants to work out yet says she can’t because of health issues. Granted she does have issues but that won’t stop her from light lifting, walking etc. So now she’s having one smoothie per day which of course isn’t healthy. It’s fairly balanced but a liquid diet pretty much daily? With no fiber, fake protein constantly, limited fruits and veggies and lots of sugar/juice? I haven’t been able to get her to understand tracking and moderation. I can’t imagien she’s losing much with 60oz or so of sweet smoothie daily either. The one I get in town with full sugar is 24oz and 440 calories with 22g protesting each. I’d have to have 4.5 per day to get protein in (which is well over my daily calorie limit). Now she avoids talking about weight loss and doesn’t comment on my progress at all. I’m hopeful that with enough time to digest the information that she will decide to workout and eat better. Her health issues depend on it actually even if she’s supposed to take it easy for the next few weeks/months.

I’m never sure how to respond to those people other than to say ‘I’m close to my goal and am being healthy.’ How do you ask an overweight friend to go workout with you or join in a diet without making them think you are implying something about their weight??

Yeah, it's a touchier subject with females. I'm not afraid of doing that with a guy lol.

Yeah, we can not call our friends fat, because we don't want to hurt their feelings, but they do criticize our new lifestyle 🙄😂
