I haven't been posting my weight 'creeps' up/down 1/2 # at a time, figuring that my body is just 'adjusting' to my new woe/wol. Ok that is fine I can live with it. Also the blog about stress and how we stress about inanimate objects ruling our life, like the scale, which I do admit to obsessing about, however lately I have been better at not allowing the change in the number ruin my day so I feel I am progressing. However this morning it is staying at the 166.5 for a few days and to tell you the truth I am pissed!
I won't bit## and moan, but I am angry, at what I don't know. Not the scale, what does it know? Is it out to get me, lol? Not my food and the way I'm eating, I'm keeping on my woe, Not my body, again is it out to 'get me'? So I guess angry is not the way to be. But what then?
ahhhh, ok I hear it in my head, "Patience" oh my that word again I have to learn patience. But I do fear I will continue to creep?
hope all have a good Friday. For me it will be like a Wed since work calls this weekend also, and Monday will come on time. eeeekkk ok stop stressing Joyce!

Joyce - love you, mean it... - so, are your food logs accurate? are you logging everything?? First, your calorie totals are so off, that you have to be in starvation mode. You will continue to frustrate yourself in this process as long as you continue to keep your calories so low! (I know from whence I speak!) (I too have a problem w/ keeping my calories up). Second, just using today's - look at the item "carb adjustment"....what is that? you have in parenthesis (.5), which automatically means you round up to one. That means 7 1/2 serv's = 8 carbs. Wouldn't you rather eat 8 carbs? I feel your pain, and frustration - again, I came into this never having done Atkins before, completely confused, little to no progress going on past the first two weeks of moderately small loss, and I am only trying to help you get over this wall. Great job on releasing the stress...posting in your journal is a wonderful way for you to get loving, productive suggestions to help you turn this around. As always, how are your stix? And your water intake? Maybe next week (after you get thru working this weekend) you will be able to focus on building some meal plans on paper - building a grocery shopping list from them - and setting yourself up to enjoy your meals and snacks, still stay w/in your carb allotments, and still be able to increase calories and fat....this will all help you overall.
