Volume is how many reps and sets are performed.

It sounds like you spend lots of time training. I assume you are working on different body parts each day. How much time do you devote to lifting each day?

Was looking at that 25k & 40-80k and decided to figure mine up. Approximately 9300 today for a shirt workout. So I need to triple that lol. If I could’ve gotten to the leg press that would’ve added another 4500. Do you count partial pull ups in any form? Cause that would add a bit more for me lol.
