Although not 72 here...brrr, still a lot cooler. That's the reason I waited until now to start walking...well, that and the air quality was atrocious for a while. They were handing out gas masks...not exactly the time for a stroll down a country lane.

Thanks. NSV today, 225 pound bench went up 15 times a little before I went on this jog. I think that puts me at a 350 max bench right now.
