The lunch I was too upset to eat yesterday. Ate the whole thing! My body must need more energy for healing this time around because I’ve been constantly hungry since getting up. I’m satisfied now but not full. Probably grab a smoothie with whey on the way to the game. Otherwise I’ll break down and eat a 230 cal corn dog when I take kids to sonic for a snack. At least the smoothie will be 100 calories of protein and 250 of fruit.
