3.5 months in, calories doubled, 20# gained, BF up 8%... I've lost a little definition, but I'm actually looking thicker finally! Score!

Reverse crunches as in the lower back machine? (Where you start bent over forward and lean back to straighten out your body?) If so that may be why I didn’t see a decrease around the obliques during my ymca program 😳. Love that machine lol. Looking good 😉. I can find you an XXS thong but it might be made from lace hehe. We have an adult store here and their sign advertises all range of sizes. It’s right across from the pizza place and the kids always want to know why they have mannequins wearing bras and underwear that don’t actually cover anything. Makes for interesting dinner conversation with kids haha.

Ah ok. I think of those as leg lifts (just both at once). Actually, I guess I think of anything that raises one or both legs off the floor to be leg lifts 😳🤔. I can’t get both up without throwing them a bit or holding onto something to keep my upper body steady lol.

Hey D, don’t buy any, just come over and I’ll pinch you 😉. Hehe joking of course but I couldn’t resist! For Christmas I’m asking for a set that I can use on my own. Supposedly there is a $10 set that you can use on yourself. Haven’t found it yet however. Also asking for a set of dexa scans! At least two so I can do one at the beginning of the year and another maybe end of summer.

You will cut great mate👍 Cutting is tonnes of fun. More fun then trying to smash Cal's lol. I really will struggle to eat clean Cal's in big numbers needed to bulk. Dirty bulking will lead back to old habits for me so it has to be clean. No pastys or pizza for my bulk hahahahaha. Have you got a cutting plan ready?

It's funny to hear from people who have the opposite view. Cutting is less fun than the thought of bulking. I say the thought because it's been a loooong time since I was lucky enough to bulk properly. Probably 15 years...
