Hubby measure spring 2018-30ish. Me measure then-33-35%. Trainer June 2018-26.59%; August 19.22% but don’t know if she used same formula. These are my measurements this afternoon. Trainer measured noonish then 10ish. We normally measure anywhere from late afternoon to evening which is why I show a range up there. Today was 2pm or so. Not sure what my booklet uses. I’ve used Durnin before but this % has to be off. I’ve lost around 15-20mm from those areas yet it still says 30%? Although the hip area is still swollen(but still 3mm smaller than a couple months ago even with swelling). Which % would you use? Which formula?
