I try to log everything and bring it on my phone to show the doctor, it would be nice to have a way of adding blood sugars (before and after meals), when we talk about things I have to try and sync up my meter.

I usually always log, but this week not so much. Too much to do , and tired in the evening. 😖. Looking for a better week next week.

you can not customize your RDI numbers like other sites which is a neat benefit. also as you add exercise credits it does not automatically change your rdi numbers, which is really helpful. the exercise shows at the top but you have to redo your numbers manually. I use chronometer for many of these extra's, but I stay here for the companionship. big part of the support system here that makes everything work.

I log everything. It holds me accountable and it works if you do it! I like the way it remembers your most eaten as Im a creature of habit!

Someplace to record blood sugar and blood pressure would be great! I have tried other sites, but this is the best one for me. Love the support.

Like this quit smoking app I used, FatSecret could have different goals, stickers, awards, and then also a counter for the people who log days without binge eating, days of reaching calorie goals, exercise goals The psychology behind accolades is a real thing.

Would also be super rewarding if achievements could be earned, such as making it under 300 pounds, making it under 200 pounds, reaching 50% weight of your goal weight. The green line is great to see but I feel like that could be improved.

OK one more thing. It would be awesome if we could choose post by post what to make shared and what to keep private. Anyone who knows me knows I love journaling, it is primarily what I attribute my success to. I don’t want to always feel like I have to censor what I say, because this is the only place that I do actually journal. Anyways, just a thought.

Lately I have been logging all my calories, every single day, (I enjoy counting calories 😀) it helps me to stay on track.

I log my food pretty faithfully. I was here awhile back (like 2011-ish?) and thought uou could have a list of the most common foods you ate. (This may have been a different site but i thought fs.) That is useful!! I find i eat the sane things over and over, but unless it is the same mealtime consecutively it falls off the "recently eaten" list. The "most eaten" list is limited. So i spend a ton of time hunting and pecking for the same 20 things.

Even though I’m pretty religious about logging my food especially during the week is easy because i use the desktop version of this app!! My helper in the weekends is my 7 year old i gave him a especial job to help mommy get healthy! It works so far !

I’m with Kay! On all but the stickers and losing 100 because none of that applies to me but it could be useful to others. All the rest-yes yes yes!

A place on the app to log water; correct net carbs display in the food log; and correct calorie/macro / nutrients for net carbs throughout the app

On the phone app there is a radio button to turn off and on so you don't have to share with the community when you journal. The premium has a water logging feature..
