hahahaha that's a crazy mix. pizza and cottage cheese?

Yeah lol. I had a bit of cottage cheese left that needed to be eaten so I decided it would be a decent side. Can’t say that it was great with pizza but not too bad. The pizza was from a large but they cut half into huge pieces and half into very small ones. This is a big and two small :). Cut the crust off of the one when I added the cottage cheese.

I used to hate cottage cheese, but after forcing it down daily(100g every weekday for 2 years lol) I actually love it now.

Lol. It’s a mind trick for me. I wanted three pieces so I gave myself three pieces. Two were just tiny haha. My youngest eats 1 large piece or two small pieces usually. She ate 3 of these small ones last night and debated having a fourth lol. I ate the one in 5-6 bites not including the crust. Small bites not man bites lol. Hubby would’ve finished the whole thing in 3-4 bites, crust included. Of course he normally eats a whole large and then some. Last night he had 5-6 pieces. Last week we discussed how I’ve lost double what he has AND my percent of body weight lost is so much higher but he’s built a lot more muscle than I have. Maybe there’s a link between that and him cutting his meal in half?? Lol. Still gonna best him cause I can reach my 126 ideal. He can’t reach his 185 ideal lol. He has a very large frame, 6’ and a ton of muscle under those layers of uhh padding 😉. A pic of him at 225 and he looked sick. Sunken in cheeks and all. He wants 250 and I think that’s reasonable with 15-20% bf for him (I’d guess him at 20% arms and legs but it’s way higher in the middle). He went from 275 to 266 haha. Told him I wasn’t going to praise less than 10# until he started complimenting me! I’ll praise the muscle gain but not the weight gain ;). Especially after he teased me about my tiny little bicep!

It's a legit thing I reckon the same amount of food in a smaller bowl looks like a lot more food. Don't talk to me about tiny biceps. My chicken wing arms give me the sh*ts lol

Oh come on now! You don’t have chicken wing arms! They may not be huge like massive body builders but I think they are excellent! Nice size and definition. I want mine to look all soft and feminine and then when I flex I want them popping haha. Dreams.... I do use smaller plates a lot to make it seem like I’m eating a lot. Some days that leads to guilt for eating so much when I know I actually didn’t eat a lot. On those days I stick to a big plate 😉.
