NSV. 255 pounds for 10 reps on flat barbell bench press today. No spotter. Bodyweight 185 upon waking. Still increasing strength.

I love that everything works evenly with dumbbells, bars regardless how conscious you are and try to avoid it your strong side will pick up some of the slack. Like Chris said the range of movement is also increased. I'm popping up the 40(kg)... So approx 90 pound dumbbells now but only getting 5-6. Want 10 before I go up but I don't think I will ever get it unless I physically get bigger. I won't get bigger on current diet so might have to be happy where I am.

You think dumbbells are good Chris, have you tried the matayogis?

Matayogis might be a brand more then the actual name of the equipment. But they are great picture dumbbells on resistance bands

Also, protein bars, kiwi, peaches, pizza, cookies, and ice cream! You are what you eat! Nomnom. Another NSV today, the only employee at PF who looks like he lifts told me I was "blowing up" today. TST

Gotta say I do feel like Jay Cutler walking into PF. Maybe that's one of the reasons I go, lol!
