oh damn thai takeout I ate last night lol my weight went from 71.3 to 71.9 this morning!
Thai Chilli Basil Chicken with no rice

stir fried chicken breast, red capsicum, snow peas & sugar snaps and red onion in a fresh hot chilli basil sauce.

I read this thai meal is high in sodium so maybe my body has held onto water?? we'll see what happens with my weight over the weekend then!
