I should lose overnight. Had to pee 10-11 times in the last 14 hours. I’m holding it now because it stinks running to the bathroom every 60-80 minutes! Nothing like running before during and after an hour practice!! Almost stopped drinking water but I’m so thirsty today.

So very hungry too lol. Saved some calories planning on apple pie for dessert. Didn’t get those 300-400 calories so I’m still super hungry and not sure what I should replace it with. Don’t want to eat my one snickers. Don’t want to waste a protein bar when I may need it with all the running next week. Really want to dive in to the chips but I’m so hungry I know I won’t be able to stop. Eating mini candy canes and drinking water until I can decide. So hungry I can’t sleep! Stomach shut up already because I’m tired lol.
