I’ll try that again.

We’re getting reports from users about calendar issues. Namely, the day in our calendar doesn’t align with reality.

This ‘Day 0’ in Meal Plans is an example. There might be others.

If these issues affect you, pls tell me about them?

👍🏻 In Android it seems to surface as this: “Record your food on a Wednesday (today), when you come back later, it’s no longer in Wednesday, but lo and behold, it’s in Tuesday.”

Ok, I'll give it a shot.

fine so far. I'll check again later

no problem I am using samsung tab 🎅💕

You said (today) = Wednesday. Today is Tuesday, so if it's put in "Today", and it ends up in Tuesday's log, that would be right. Did you miss-speak? Bad example?

Depends on where you are. In AU, “Today” is Wednesday :) The bug tho, is that when you record a food on a given day that is “today” in the app diary, it’ll later show up as having been recorded on the day prior

Just checked it on the iPad app. Seemed fine. How much time does it take to make it's switch?

Hmm, wonder if it region specific

We’re not really sure - it’s been very challenging to pin down. The day shift seems to be more Android centric, whereas the ‘Day 0’ i’ve shown in the image for this post applies to iOS

If your servers in the US and someone from across the international date line posts, I can see where a date/time calculation server side to adjust might be off.

Is the 'Day 0' only for those who have upgraded to premium on iOS?
18 Dec 18 by member: LZenn
Day 0 is particular to meal planning, so yeah it’s only for premium users, but date weirdness can manifest in many ways.

If you have a test premium account, I'll play with the iOS bug on my iPad, but not interested in upgrading at this time. :)

I don't think any amount of playing with the android bug on the client side is going to figure anything out. I'd bet dollars to doughnuts it's server side, at least from your description.

I have a couple of separate bugs for you. The option to fix incorrect listings has stopped working. But previous to that, once you put in correct info, it wouldn’t correct the listing for the item you were currently entering.

Dan can you provide an example?

Hi bill - no problem. We are actually working on recipe uplifts now. A big issue at our end was anyone could submit anything, and they did. Most recipes submitted are unusable but still have to be reviewed. The demands on staff meant that it sucked a lot of effort from the team to manage it. First step in rebuilding recipes was to make a new workflow for Android (where it didn’t exist). We’re now rebuilding it for iOS. Given mobile is where most submissions come from, we can enforce some minimum content standards and ensure the queue awaiting approval only has reasonable quality submissions. We’ll continue in this area over 2019 to try & get as close as we can to automation.

Liv001 - when did you last try? Was it ongoing or intermittent?
