I can't really say I made much if any progress this month but I definitely didn't backpedal which is a personal victory. I've always regressed during the holidays in the past.

Now I can join my wife and workout partner as they are remotivated by the beginning of the year. I'll have a huge headstart compared to any other year and that is very motivating!

Thanks, ladies! Yeah, these posts don't show how bloodshot my eyes look after most of my sets lol. I took a rest day today. I think I needed it.
