Again not so good. Half brand and beans upset my stomach plus they are just nasty lol. Very little cheese and the chips were all broken into tiny pieces. I ended up leaving well over a cup of crushed chips and that’s after my kids had helped themselves to some. I’d say I still have calories in my day. I even splurged and had three drinks of sprite! I’d forgotten how much I enjoyed a full calorie sprite. I’ll have to buy a diet one and see if it tastes the same. I’m getting tired of propel water every day alone with 1-2 cups of coffee.

I almost didn’t log it but decided it would be around 50 kcal so I needed to lol. I’ve stopped logging every mint and low calorie coffee creamer. I have no way of measuring that and it’s only 10 kcal per tsp and that’s about what I use I think. If I have two mints I have to log but for just one to freshen breath then I don’t. It’s a way I can avoid logging out on hard candy like I used to. The other day I had a coke and forgot to log. I logged it then a few hours later realized it was a Coke Zero so I got to take it back it because I had it in my silly head that I had drank a 140 calorie coke lol.
