2005 vs. 2018. 13.5 years. 24 years old vs. 37 years old. As you can see I haven't gotten any bigger. I am just leaner. Joining the bandwagon started on Facebook, lol!

Thanks! This took a good 5 years of hard consistent work. Started in 2000 and got to my current size by 2005. This helps to show what I mean by muscle memory. When I slack for months I can lose a good amount of size but once I get serious again, it comes back quickly so my results aren't typical.

Don't work out like I did when I was younger, but I'm back to working out. It takes a lot of discipline and hard work. Way to go and "Do be a Doer".
