Okay, cool. I do 3 sets heavy and can barely pull up the last 2 of last set...same for lat pulldowns. You guys are so helpful and I appreciate it...thanks tons. 😊

Moopie thanks, if see my my profile, you will see that, in 2017, after reaching my goal weight of 110 lb. I left. I came back last year with 16 pounds regained🤦♀️. I have learned the lesson. Now I am planning to be here forever 😀😝
