Have lost 5 kgs since Christmas day. Today I am incredibly lethargic, so not eating much. Even with no excercise, I have only reached 54% of my recommended daily calorie intake. This is good. Have eaten simple veges today, and will attempt more movement tomorrow. One of my "off" days, but happy I am contracting that healthily. 😊
