I couldn't care less how far you can run/climb and you couldn't care less how strong or muscular I am. Don't ask about results when they are plain to see. You just can't wrap your head around how I eat so you have to try to tear me down. 🤣

32 minute fast? Don't you know fasting is dangerous and puts you into starvation mode? Thank goodness you saved yourself before you passed out from hunger!

I'm not even talking about progress as that has definitely slowed down in the winter months, just being able to maintain while eating the way I do speaks volumes and I'm not just maintaining but progressing. Also, my 225 bench going from 5 reps to 20 reps and 255 for 10. Gaining weight while getting leaner. The last few pounds of fat have been dropped from my back mostly and my legs are getting bigger at the same time. All while eating almost twice as many calories as you. Not too shabby.

Like I said different goals mate, my goals let me go places others can't yours let you lift big things, no right or wrong. If you want to lift bigger things again you would benefit from a cleaner diet I honestly believe that but it is hard for some. You would possible struggle to eat the volume of food I do I think? Clean food means you need to eat alot more of it in most cases. I dare say my 2000 Cal's is actually more food then you 3000+ in chew time hahahahaha.

Lol, I get accused of steroids on my fitness pal. My Fat-free mass index is close to the max according to experts yet clean food would make me noticeably bigger/stronger. Sure, man!

I'm sure some kale, chicken and rice would have me surpass my theoretical max size. Wait, I've already done all of that. You see, I've been lifting since 2000 and I used to eat "clean" all of the time. I was crazy into it. Somehow my results are even better now. Hmmmm

Everything is easy for keith. Remember gaining muscle is easier than losing fat. I mean you can sit around and lose fat but building muscle takes progressive overload, loud grunting, and pizza. Obviously easier. :P

Gaining muscle is easier then losing fat mate, I could not break the 10% body fat mark yet was stacking on muscle like crazy.its the same for you. You can build a tonne of muscle, your the boss on this site for it but I dare say if you wanted to hit 6-7% body fat you would need to change things up alot.

I never want to get that low, I don't want to get on stage. It would be detrimental to my goals. 8-12% would be the sweet spot. So you're talking about a certain percentage. You didn't specify a certain percentage. If you're going to talk getting to the lowest then I guess I'll compare getting to your genetic potential for muscle mass. It's much harder. It takes natural bodybuilders 10-20 years to do it but they easily get into contest shape in comparison. You gained the freshman 20 and you think it will be easy from here on out, it isn't so and if you ever decide to build more, you'll see. You'd be hard-pressed to gain much more with your routine.
