Wednesday - February 20th
Hmm.. unexpected taste shift. Normally I crave and enjoy chub mackerel, avocado and egg for lunch but today it just didn’t seem ‘right’. No ‘yum’. It may be that I really wasn’t hungry, period but I was feeling weak and my hands were trembling.
I was trying to wrap my head around the idea of ‘will I ever be able to eliminate taking Metformin’? My blood sugar has been ranging from 80 to 100 even after meals. While that is a significant improvement from the 350+ readings I used to get would the logic concede that if it’s that level with the medication obviously I’m not ready to eliminate it?
Else, the reading was be really low?
Science. I should have paid better attention in school.
